Dylan Rundle
Dylan is a designer and interdisciplinary artist originally from the Pittsburgh area. In 2022, he earned his bachelor’s degree in architecture and a minor in studio art from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Rundle has exhibited in solo and group shows regionally, and his work has been published by Dezeen, AD, and Cleveland’s Canvas Magazine. Prior to +Detail, he worked at a variety of design practices, applying specialization in parametric design technologies and visualization for both local and international projects.
At its best, Rundle’s artistic and design work is the same practice; they supplement one another. He believes in the unification of all artistic disciplines and craftspeople as a means of building collective power for everyone. He embraces the artistic and empathetic nature of architectural practice as a vehicle for putting goodness into his community. While working, Dylan prioritizes being observant, methodical, and pursuing unorthodox solutions.
Dylan and his wife, Sarah, love being part of the region’s thriving, diverse artistic community. From live music and performances to gallery shows, there’s always something compelling to witness in Cleveland, and they are proud to call it home. Dylan enjoys bizzare music and films, dancing to his favorite local vinyl DJs, and being the father of his houseplants.
